The first floor has a large fitted kitchen which is equipped to a very high standard.  The equipment includes cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer drier.   There is also a table and chairs.

Also on the first floor is the sitting/dining room.   This is very comfortable and inviting and is equipped with Smart TV and DVD player.   There is also free Wi-Fi available.
